We're seeking an experienced full stack data analyst to join our team of analytics experts. As a key member of our business intelligence and analytics team, you'll be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing data-driven solutions that drive business growth and innovation. Key Responsibilities
* Design, develop, and implement data-driven solutions that drive business growth and innovation
- Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement data-driven strategies
- Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership and stakeholders
- Develop and maintain data visualizations, reports, and dashboards to support business decision making
- Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in data analytics and business intelligence
- Mentor and guide less experienced team members to develop their skills and expertise
Essential Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in data science, software engineering, or a quantitative discipline (e.g., mathematics, statistics, computer science, operations research, economics, or finance)
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related field
- Strong proficiency in data analysis software and applications (e.g., Excel, SQL, Python, R, Tableau, Power BI)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience with SAFE Spry, Alteryx, or other data analytics platforms
- Knowledge of statistical modeling, machine learning, and data mining techniques
- Familiarity with data visualization tools and techniques
- Experience with data governance, data quality, and data security best practices
- Certification in data science, business intelligence, or a related field (e.g., Certified Data Scientist, Certified Business Intelligence Analyst)
