Job Summary
As an Experienced Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for processing data entry transactions, performing administrative tasks, and providing high-touch customer support. You'll work closely with our team to ensure the accuracy and efficiency of our data management processes, while delivering exceptional customer experiences that exceed our clients' expectations.
Key Responsibilities
* Perform data entry processes into our database, ensuring complete and accurate entries
- Process special and recurring reports and administrative records, as assigned
- Verify and correct information, codes, and account numbers as necessary
- Ensure compliance with privacy laws and regulations, as well as customer service concepts and practices
- Perform other duties as assigned, including administrative tasks and projects
- Collaborate with our team to resolve customer inquiries and issues
- Provide exceptional customer support through phone, email, and chat channels
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, as required
Essential Qualifications
* High School Diploma or comparable work experience
