This part-time position offers a flexible schedule with working hours under 4 hours per day. The job is open to candidates located in the State of Georgia. Responsibilities
As a Remote Live Chat Agent at arenaflex, you'll have the opportunity to work from the comfort of your home while being an integral part of our team. Your primary responsibility will be to assist customers with inquiries related to flight bookings, cancellations, baggage information, and other travel-related concerns. You'll also handle customer feedback, resolve issues promptly, and escalate more complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary. Some of your key responsibilities will include:
- Responding to customer inquiries via live chat in a prompt and professional manner
- Providing accurate information regarding flight schedules, ticket changes, and other travel services
- Assisting customers with online booking and troubleshooting technical issues
- Handling customer complaints and providing appropriate solutions
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of arenaflex's products and services
- Documenting interactions and maintaining accurate customer records
- Working closely with other team members and departments to achieve company goals
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications and skills:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong written communication skills
- Ability to multitask and handle multiple chat sessions simultaneously
- Basic computer proficiency and typing skills
- Reliable high-speed internet connection
