Job Summary

We're seeking experienced Customer Support Representatives to join our fully remote team, providing top-tier service to our customers via phone, chat, and email. As a key member of our customer support team, you'll be responsible for responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and processing returns or refunds. Responsibilities

As a Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • 1+ year of customer support experience in a call center or similar environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
