Job Summary
As a data entry specialist, you'll play a critical role in supporting our sales analytics team by accurately and efficiently processing data, identifying trends, and providing insights that inform business decisions. This is a 12-week remote position, with opportunities to connect with your team and other workgroups virtually and potentially in-person at our headquarters.
Responsibilities
* Process and analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions
- Collaborate with the sales analytics team to develop and implement data-driven strategies
- Ensure data accuracy and quality by implementing quality control measures and processes
- Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and other visualizations to communicate insights and trends to stakeholders
- Participate in data governance and compliance initiatives to ensure data security and integrity
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and address data-related issues and opportunities
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data analysis and visualization
Essential Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., computer science, mathematics, statistics)
- 1-2 years of experience in data analysis, data entry, or a related field
- Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and data visualization techniques
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau)
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a remote team
Preferred Qualifications
* Master's degree in a related field (e.g., computer science, mathematics, statistics)
- Experience with data governance and compliance initiatives
