Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced and customer-focused individual to join our Inbound Operations team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch support to our customers and merchants, resolving issues efficiently, and driving process improvements to enhance our overall customer experience. This is a full-time, work-from-home opportunity with a competitive hourly rate of $26.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer service to our customers and merchants, responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and escalating concerns as needed
- Collaborate with our team to identify and implement process improvements, driving efficiency and quality in our operations
- Analyze customer feedback and data to inform business decisions and drive growth
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with our merchants, providing them with support and resources to help them succeed on our platform

Essential Qualifications
* 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call center or customer service environment
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, communications, or a related field)

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
- Proficiency in Google Sheets or similar data analysis tools
