Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Entry-Level Customer Service Representative to join our team and help us achieve our expansion goals for the end of the year. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for executing customer service, marketing, and sales campaigns throughout the Clearwater area with our leading telecommunications clients. This is an entry-level position with the opportunity for management in months, not years!

Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll have the opportunity to:

  • Initiate communication with consumers and provide service before, during, and after the sales process
  • Provide solutions to customer inquiries by offering details regarding client products and services
  • Become skilled at negotiating potential sales options for consumers
  • Attend training sessions and meetings with other Customer Service Associate members, sales teams, and management to master business practices
  • Assist in the client process by acting as a point of contact between the customer and client after a sale is complete
  • Collaborate between departments to develop and improve business strategy
