Job Overview

As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for reviewing and confirming work entered into our systems, solving issues, and escalating as needed. This is a full-time, remote position located in the United States, offering the flexibility and autonomy to work from the comfort of your own home. Key Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Reviewing and filing legal documents using internal systems and email
  • Participating in ongoing training to expand your knowledge of the industry and process
  • Investigating discrepancies as they arise
  • Completing additional projects as assigned

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications:

  • No experience necessary; data entry experience a plus
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Ability to perform repetitive tasks with accuracy
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Desire and ability to be a team player
  • Experience and basic proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Type 40-50 plus WPM

  • Strong data entry skills with high accuracy

  • Familiarity with legal document filing and processing
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Access and SharePoint

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

arenaflex offers a competitive compensation package, including:

  • Starting pay: $14.00 to $19.00 per hour

Schedule

This is a full-time, remote position, working Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm PST.
