Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll have the opportunity to:

• Greet customers and provide exceptional service in a fast-paced retail environment
• Run the register, cashier, and make purchase suggestions to customers
• Work with our food program and other areas of the store to maintain high standards for store appearance and provide fast and friendly service to customers
• Interact with customers daily, providing excellent customer care and communication
• Work as part of a fun and energetic team to accomplish daily tasks and goals
• Come up with creative solutions to problems and think quickly to offer suggestions

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent

• Retail and customer service experience (preferably in a fast-paced environment)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a team-oriented setting and provide exceptional customer service
• Physical ability to stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours, lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds, and perform other physical tasks as required

Preferred Qualifications

* Sales associate or cashiering experience

• High school diploma or equivalent
