Responsibilities
- Working primarily in a remote setting, typically from 10:00 PM to 6:30 AM
- Greeting customers with a friendly and soothing voice, providing reassurance and assistance
- Maintaining a friendly demeanor while answering phone calls and effectively assisting clients
- Promptly dispatching technicians to assist customers and providing them with all necessary job details
- Fostering excellent relationships with clients and contributing to seamless business operations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred but not required)
- Prior customer service experience (preferred but not required)
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (preferred but not required)
- 1 year of dispatching experience, preferably within an HVAC company or similar field
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Proficiency in computers and the ability to type 30 words per minute
- Familiarity with MS Word and Excel
