Job Summary

As a Full Stack Data Analyst at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in the execution, streamlining, and normalization of our expense and asset distribution models. You'll be responsible for managing, analyzing, and interpreting complex data sets to inform business decisions and drive growth. This is an exciting opportunity to work on both strategic activities that drive our short-term business goals and vital drives that will shape our future.

Key Responsibilities

* Build a deep understanding of costing and resourcing data related to our internal groups and functional partners

• Support the coordination of high-speed projects that normalize and advance financial cycles across the organization
• Support internal business work processes, such as administration costing, labor force management, and asset planning
• Work with various data systems and deliver ad-hoc analysis and reports to support business needs, research, and emergency response
• Archive work processes connected with key cycles, data collection and maintenance, including tracking significant decisions and changes
• Collaborate with Data Architects and system designers to support documentation and executions of data set plans
• Develop vital dynamic structures and write scripts that help us automate and expand
• Gifted in refining insights from data and combining and making compelling storytelling for executive audiences
• Support Planning and Conveyance Activities with impromptu demands from our partners

Essential Capabilities

* 3+ years of experience in informatics, data analysis, data science, or technical fields

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field, such as Information Science, Statistics, Business Finance/Accounting, Informatics, or Software Engineering
• Experience working with data and data control software like R, SQL, Python; building dashboards using tools like Tableau, Looker, Airtable, Smartsheet
• Understanding of social data set plan and capability
• Strong math and analytical skills
• You are an exhibited self-starter and you give solid critical thinking, unwavering discernment, and conveying, and excellent direction
• Successful collaboration and time management abilities
• You carry areas of strength for a to detail, with a capacity to make a step back and grasp the master plan
• You have astounding written and oral communication skills
• A showed capacity to work with design delivery groups to examine technical ideas
• Experience with Success, Smartsheet, or potentially AirTable

Preferred Qualifications

* Master's degree in a technical field

• Experience with data visualization tools like Power BI, D3.js, or Matplotlib
• Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
• Strong knowledge of data modeling and data warehousing concepts
• Experience with agile development methodologies and version control systems like Git
