Job Summary

As an ADC Technical Customer Service Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing world-class support to our clients, including US Government (USG) and enterprise clients. You will work closely with our AWS Venture team, including Technical Account Managers (TAMs), Sales and Solutions Architects, to deliver expert guidance, training, and analysis to our clients. Your primary goal will be to become a trusted authority on business record and billing issues, proactively assisting clients to avoid potential problems and resolve complex issues efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service to USG and enterprise clients, responding to inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner

  • Collaborate with the AWS Venture team to deliver expert guidance, training, and analysis to clients, ensuring their success with arenaflex services
  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of business record and billing issues, becoming a trusted authority on these topics
  • Proactively identify and address potential issues, preventing problems from arising and ensuring client satisfaction
  • Work closely with clients to understand their needs, providing tailored solutions and recommendations to meet their goals
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their loyalty and retention
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and arenaflex services, applying this knowledge to improve client experiences and drive business growth

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business, communications, or computer science

  • 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a technical or sales environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to resolve complex issues efficiently
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a cloud-based environment, preferably with Amazon Web Services (AWS)

  • Knowledge of business record and billing systems, including Amazon EC2 and Amazon S3
  • Familiarity with sales and solutions architecture, including technical account management
  • Certification in customer service, such as Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR) or Certified Customer Experience Professional (CCEP)
  • Experience working in a remote or virtual environment, with a strong ability to self-manage and prioritize tasks
