Job Summary
We're seeking a highly skilled Content Strategist- Customer Advocacy Specialist to drive Marcom strategy, create compelling narratives, and develop impactful storylines that meet our marketing objectives. As a key member of our team, you will contribute to story development, manage administrative tasks, and collaborate with our digital and sales enablement teams to deliver exceptional results.
Responsibilities
* Marcom Strategy: Interview customers, author creative briefs, and help define compelling storylines to meet our marketing objectives.
- Story Development: Read, write, revise, and build deliverables for our digital and sales enablement teams.
- Administrative Tasks: Manage team huddles, priority alignment, reporting, communication, required trainings, internal site updates, and stay active in our project management system.
Key Qualifications
* Experience: Proven experience in a Customer Marketing or Customer Reference program developing B2B case studies with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Compelling Narratives: Ability to identify and write compelling narratives for customer pitches and briefs.
- Digital-First Mindset: Solid understanding of B2B marketing communication fundamentals (channels, audience, content types, messaging) with a digital-first mindset.
