Job Summary
As a Full Stack Social Media Customer Support Manager at arenaflex, you will be responsible for leading a team of customer support specialists in delivering exceptional experiences to our customers through various social media channels. You will work closely with our store managers to develop and implement strategies that drive sales growth, improve customer satisfaction, and enhance brand awareness.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement social media customer support strategies that align with arenaflex's business objectives
- Lead a team of customer support specialists in delivering exceptional experiences to customers through various social media channels
- Collaborate with store managers to develop and implement sales growth strategies, improve customer satisfaction, and enhance brand awareness
- Analyze customer feedback and sentiment to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions to address customer concerns
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders through social media channels
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to ensure arenaflex remains competitive and innovative
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement social media marketing campaigns that drive sales growth and brand awareness
- Develop and maintain social media content calendars, ensuring consistency and quality of content across all channels
- Monitor and report on social media metrics, including engagement rates, follower growth, and customer satisfaction
What You'll Bring
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in customer support, sales, or marketing, with a focus on social media
- Proven track record of driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and enhancing brand awareness through social media channels
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling social media content and engage with customers in a professional and friendly manner
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze customer feedback and sentiment to identify areas for improvement
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team of customer support specialists
- Familiarity with social media marketing tools and platforms, including Hootsuite, Sprout Social, and Facebook Ads Manager
- Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software, including Salesforce and HubSpot
