Job Responsibilities:
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, interacting with customers in a courteous, efficient, and professional manner. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
- Resolving customer complaints and issues in a fair and empathetic manner
- Providing product and service information to customers, including features, benefits, and usage instructions
- Processing customer transactions, including orders, returns, and exchanges
- Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
- Participating in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on products, services, and industry trends
- Meeting and exceeding customer satisfaction and service level agreements (SLAs)
What You'll Need:
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications
- Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to pass a background check and obtain any necessary security clearances
Preferred Qualifications:
* 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment
- Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
- Knowledge of airline operations and customer service standards
- Bilingual or multilingual skills
- Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
