Customer Systems Team at arenaflex

The Customer Systems team at arenaflex is seeking an experienced Java Developer to join our dynamic and innovative team. As a key member of our team, you'll have the opportunity to work closely with cross-functional groups across arenaflex, collaborating with business leaders and other stakeholders to design and implement cutting-edge solutions. Key Responsibilities

* Design, develop, and deploy scalable and efficient Java-based applications, leveraging expertise in Java and Java Enterprise Edition (EE) development.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders, application owners, designers, and project managers to understand requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
• Develop and maintain large-scale, distributed systems, including web applications, APIs, and microservices.
• Design and implement secure and reliable systems, ensuring the highest standards of data protection and compliance.
• Work closely with the development team to identify and resolve technical issues, ensuring timely delivery of projects.
• Participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback and ensuring adherence to coding standards.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, applying knowledge to drive innovation and improvement.

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field; Master's degree preferred.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Java development, with a strong focus on Java EE and Spring.
• Proven expertise in designing and developing large-scale, distributed systems, including web applications and APIs.
• Experience with artificial intelligence, machine learning, and data science is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of software development methodologies, including Agile and Scrum.

Preferred Qualifications
