Responsibilities

As a Work From Home Customer Support Specialist at arenaflex, your primary responsibility will be to manage customer interactions via inbound calls. Your goal will be to provide an optimum level of service, achieving the best resolution for the customer. You'll also be responsible for advising customers on the best approach based on their needs and requests.
