Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications

* 1+ year of experience in customer service, preferably in a remote or call center environment.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers and colleagues.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex customer issues and provide effective solutions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Proficiency in using technology, including CRM software, email, and chat platforms.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a customer-facing role, preferably in a retail or e-commerce environment.

  • Experience with customer service software, such as Zendesk or Freshdesk.
  • Certification in customer service, such as Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR) or Certified Customer Service Manager (CCSM).
