Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative I, you will be responsible for:
- Providing customer services relating to sales, sales promotions, installations, and communications
- Validating the ship-to and replenishment locations of orders with sales and operations partners
- Ensuring the accuracy of PO (Bill Only, Ship and Bills, GHX, and other future EDI platforms) entry as the front line for data entry
- Pushing back on incorrect or subpar data submitted by partners
- Checking and validating the accuracy of incoming surgery product usage cases
- Developing creative solutions to customer issues and providing phone support for inquiries from sales and healthcare professionals
- Keeping records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken
- Providing proactive updates on order status to accelerate the billing process
- Supporting the Sales Department by providing answers to questions generated by telephone, emails, and fax
- Researching responses with sales to ensure accurate information
- Building relationships with hospital billing specialists and supporting surgery product usage questions to accelerate the billing process
- Following up to collect purchase orders and clarify discrepancies
- Supporting Sales Reps in case of product usage pricing or discrepancies
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A High School Diploma or GED
- Two (2) years' relevant work experience
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, we prefer candidates with:
- Experience as an account representative
- Familiarity with Oracle
Skills and Competencies
To excel in this role, you will need:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word
