Job Summary:

As a Chat Support Associate at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer service to our clients via live chat. You'll respond to customer inquiries, resolve technical issues, and provide product information to ensure customer satisfaction. Responsibilities:

Answer customer live chats in a timely and professional manner, ensuring that customers receive prompt and accurate responses to their queries.

Resolve Technical Issues:

Resolve technical issues and provide solutions to customers via live chat, leveraging your technical knowledge and problem-solving skills to resolve complex issues.

Provide Product Information:

Offer product information, pricing, and availability to customers, ensuring that they have all the information they need to make informed purchasing decisions.

Document Customer Interactions:

Accurately document customer interactions in our CRM system, ensuring that customer information is up-to-date and easily accessible.

Collaborate with Internal Teams:

Work with internal teams, such as sales and technical support, to resolve customer issues and ensure seamless communication.

Meet Performance Metrics:

Meet or exceed performance metrics, including first response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction, demonstrating your commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.

Requirements:

High School Diploma or Equivalent:

Required.

Customer Service Experience:

0-1 year of customer service experience (entry-level), with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Technical Knowledge:

Basic technical knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.

Excellent Communication Skills:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical information in a clear and concise manner.

Problem-Solving Skills:

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically, with a focus on resolving complex technical issues.

Reliable Internet Connection:

A reliable internet connection with a minimum speed of 10 Mbps, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.

Available Shifts and Compensation:
