Job Summary
As a Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our data entry and reconciliation processes. You'll work closely with our Retail and Institutional Service Teams to process trade deals, reconcile transactions, and resolve complex issues. If you're a detail-oriented individual with excellent analytical skills and a passion for data analysis, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
* Process trade deal purchases in customer profiles and identify/address breaks recognized between arenaflex and fund companies or transfer agents
- Process Corporate Activity Activities, settle/reconcile transactions, and process/reconcile returns activity
- Analyze complex/escalated issues and perform testing/validation of new innovation enhancements and provider modifications
- Complete projects in Trading, Dividends, Transfers, Reconciliation, and Corporate Actions that directly impact the Client/Advisor profile
- Engage with Retail and Institutional Service Teams via email, phone, Slack, Overview, and Salesforce
- Collaborate with fund companies, transfer agents, opposite agencies, and other external business partners to resolve issues and improve processes
Essential Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
- 1-2 years of experience in data entry, reconciliation, or a related field
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience with Salesforce and other CRM systems
- Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance
- Experience with data analysis and reporting tools
- Certification in data entry or a related field
