Job Description

As a Sales Support Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in driving sales and customer engagement through our chat platform. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Advertise and sell shipping containers using our software, leveraging your exceptional communication skills to build rapport with customers and encourage them to place orders.
  • Engage with customers via chat, responding to inquiries, and providing personalized support to ensure a seamless buying experience.
  • Close sales directly on the chat and send invoices using our company's system, taking ownership of the sales process from start to finish.
  • Collaborate with our sales managers to ensure a smooth handover of leads, providing valuable insights and feedback to help drive sales growth.
  • Participate in daily training sessions, Q&A groups, and mentorship programs to stay up-to-date on industry trends, product knowledge, and best practices.
