Job Summary
As a Licensed Customer Service Representative, you'll play a vital role in supporting one of the largest insurance providers in the U.S. You'll be responsible for receiving, reviewing, and processing calls regarding customers' insurance policies. Your primary function will be to assist customers with questions regarding policy coverage, billing, or the need to modify their policy. You'll also have the opportunity to grow within the company and develop a career in insurance.
Key Responsibilities
* Receive, review, and process calls regarding customers' insurance policies
- Assist customers with questions regarding policy coverage, billing, or the need to modify their policy
- Provide exceptional customer service, demonstrating compassion, empathy, and a strong work ethic
- Work independently and as part of a team to achieve customer satisfaction and business objectives
- Collaborate with colleagues to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer experience
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, policies, and procedures to provide accurate and timely information to customers
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge
Essential Qualifications
* Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must have a high school diploma or GED equivalent
- Must have a valid Utah driver's license (if applicable)
- Must have a quiet and distraction-free work environment during working and training hours
- Must have a reliable internet connection with a minimum speed of 5 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload
- Must be able to work a minimum of 40 hours per week
- Must be able to work weekends as needed
Preferred Qualifications
* 6 months to 1 year of relevant work experience in customer service or a related field
- Previous experience in the insurance industry is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
- Basic conflict resolution skills and ability to handle difficult customer interactions
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
