Job Summary
As a Live Chat Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in providing timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries and concerns. You'll be responsible for managing live chat interactions, troubleshooting and resolving customer issues, and collaborating with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. Responsibilities
* Manage live chat interactions with customers, providing timely and accurate responses to inquiries and concerns
- Utilize resources and knowledge base to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues
- Identify and escalate any complex or escalated customer concerns to the appropriate team member
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude in all customer interactions
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Provide feedback to management on common customer issues and suggest improvements to processes
- Work effectively in a remote environment and manage time efficiently
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance customer service skills and knowledge
Requirements

- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
