Job Summary:

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our company, providing top-notch support to our customers through inbound calls. You'll work with leading technologies and systems, have a dedicated team of leaders and peers to support you, and enjoy a dynamic work environment that's perfect for those who thrive in a fast-paced setting. Key Responsibilities:

* Handle customer inquiries of varying types, providing solutions and support through inbound calls

• Utilize probing question skills to actively listen and understand customer needs
• Meet sales targets and manage objections to reduce churn
• Collaborate with a dedicated team of leaders and peers to provide exceptional customer service
• Work with leading technologies and systems to deliver innovative solutions
• Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices

What We Offer:

* Competitive pay rate: $15.00 - $20.00/hr

• Flexible 8-hour per day shift, 5 days per week (anywhere from 6am-12am PST)

Essential Qualifications:

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Strong multitasking abilities and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools
• Experience in customer service and sales
• High school diploma or equivalent

* A quiet and distraction-free, secure place to work

• Excellent Internet connectivity:

+ Internet access speeds of 2 Mbps upload and 10 Mbps download (the faster the better!) + In-house network, and a hard-wired Internet connection capable of continuously supporting outstanding call quality and high-speed response rates + Wireless and/or satellite Internet Service Providers are not compatible with our systems

• A Smartphone (iOS or Android), 4 years old or newer, in which you will be able and willing to download our app that will be leveraged for company communications
