Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

- Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge, staying ahead of industry trends and best practices

Essential Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
- 2+ years of experience in customer-facing roles, such as call centers, retail, or hospitality
