Key Responsibilities

As a Part-Time Customer Service Lead, you'll be responsible for leading day-to-day customer service initiatives, inspiring and motivating our associates to provide exceptional, friendly, and professional customer service at all times. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Modeling arenaflex's core values and philosophy: You'll embody our company's values and philosophy, and lead by example, ensuring that our associates understand and live by them.
  • Driving customer satisfaction: You'll focus on improving friendliness, speed of checkout, and customer feedback surveys, ensuring that every customer has a consistently great experience with our team.
  • Maintaining a positive store environment: You'll ensure that our front-end area is always neat and orderly, troubleshoot issues with registers and transactions, and coordinate meal and break periods to ensure our associates are well-rested and ready to serve our customers.
  • Leading by example: You'll demonstrate a customer-first focus, professionalism, and a positive attitude, inspiring our associates to do the same.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need to be able to work a flexible schedule, including early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays as required. You'll also need to be physically able to lift and move boxes weighing 40 lbs. or more, as well as stand and walk for extended periods of time.
