Responsibilities

As a Live Chat Support Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Responding to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner via live chat, ensuring that customers receive prompt and accurate assistance.
  • Providing accurate information about products, services, and company policies to customers, and assisting them in troubleshooting issues and providing effective solutions.
  • Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction through quality interactions and support, and logging customer interactions and feedback into our CRM system accurately and efficiently.
  • Collaborating with team members and other departments to address customer challenges and continuously improve our processes.
  • Staying updated on product knowledge, promotions, and changes in company policy to better assist customers and provide exceptional support.

Key Responsibilities:

* Respond to customer inquiries via live chat, ensuring timely and professional responses.
