Job Summary
As an inbound Chat Operator, you'll be responsible for engaging in online conversations with customers, representing our automotive dealer clients favorably. Your goal is to turn conversations into leads that help our clients generate revenue. Key Responsibilities
* Engage in online conversations with customers via live chat, email, or phone
- Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide product information
- Utilize your gaming experience to create a fun and engaging experience for customers
- Meet or exceed performance metrics, including response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with our team to develop and implement strategies that drive sales and customer satisfaction
- Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on industry trends and arenaflex products
Requirements
* Must live within the state of Pennsylvania
- Must have your own computer or laptop with a webcam, second monitor, microphone, and external mouse
- Computer must have a minimum of 8 GB of RAM, 64-bit Operating System, and 8th Generation Intel Core (i3 equivalent or higher)
- Quiet, dedicated work space free from distractions – this is a remote position
- Able to attend 4 weeks of remote training, Tuesday – Saturday between the hours of 11am-7:30pm EDT
- Must be able to type at least 35 WPM, 40 and above is preferred
- Gaming experience is preferred
Essential Qualifications
* 1+ year of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in the automotive industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience in the gaming industry or related fields
- Knowledge of automotive industry products and services
- Familiarity with live chat software and customer relationship management (CRM) systems
- Certification in customer service or a related field
Skills and Competencies
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
