Responsibilities

As an Online Customer Chat Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers through various communication channels, including email, phone, and live chat. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to inbound phone calls and email inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Performing outbound calls with existing customers to ensure their satisfaction and identify opportunities for growth
  • Creating service tickets and scheduling appointments accurately to ensure seamless customer experiences
  • Reviewing customer account information to provide personalized support and resolve complex issues
  • Utilizing your sales acumen to upsell and cross-sell our products and services
  • Maintaining accurate records and updating customer information in our CRM system
  • Collaborating with our internal teams to resolve customer complaints and concerns

Qualifications

To succeed as an Online Customer Chat Specialist at arenaflex, you'll need to possess the following qualifications:

  • Strong English verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner
  • Attention to detail and accuracy, with a focus on delivering high-quality support experiences
  • Excellent email handling skills, with the ability to manage multiple email threads and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong customer service focus, with the ability to empathize with customers and prioritize their needs

  • Minimum typing skills of 30 words per minute, with the ability to type accurately and efficiently

  • Contact Center background preferred, with experience in a similar role or industry
  • Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus, with the ability to communicate with customers in multiple languages
