Responsibilities
As an Online Chat Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for handling incoming customer support questions via live chat on our clients' websites and social media accounts. Your primary duties will include:

- Evaluating customer interactions and elevating issues to the Online Chat Manager when necessary
- Building relationships with new customers to better understand and meet their needs
- Responding to customer questions, inquiries, requests, and problems accurately, concisely, and professionally

- Providing administrative support to the customer service team

Qualifications
