The Role

As an Experienced Customer Service Advisor at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our company, responsible for delivering world-class customer experiences that leave a lasting impression. You'll be the "Services Expert" who knows our products, services, and expectations inside and out, and you'll use that knowledge to build trust, rapport, and loyalty with our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

* Serve as the "Services Expert" with extensive knowledge of our products, services, and expectations

• Provide Impressive Customer Service that exceeds our customers' expectations
• Build Customer Relationships through trust, product knowledge, and impressive service
• Utilize sales skills to upsell and cross-sell our services
• Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales targets and company goals
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends, products, and services to provide expert advice to customers

Qualifications:

* Sales Experience: A must-have for this role, with a proven track record of success in sales and customer service

• Customer Service Skills: You'll need to be a customer service rockstar, with a passion for delivering exceptional experiences that exceed our customers' expectations
• "Can Do" Attitude: We're looking for someone who is proactive, enthusiastic, and willing to go the extra mile to get the job done
• Ability to Multi-Task: You'll need to be able to juggle multiple tasks and responsibilities with ease, while maintaining a high level of productivity and efficiency
• Excellent Communication Skills: You'll need to be able to communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management, both verbally and in writing
• Ability to Work Outdoors: As a Customer Service Advisor, you'll be working in a fast-paced, outdoor environment, so you'll need to be comfortable working in a variety of weather conditions

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience in the Car Wash and Oil Change industry

• Knowledge of our products and services
• Certification in customer service or sales
• Experience with CRM software and other sales tools
