Job Summary

As a Chat Moderator at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for maintaining the integrity and safety of our online communities. This part-time, remote position requires a high level of discretion, empathy, and technical expertise. You'll work closely with our team to ensure that our users feel welcome, supported, and respected. Key Responsibilities

* Moderating the chat of arenaflex's official Discord server, ensuring that all interactions are respectful and adhere to our community guidelines

• Deleting messages that violate our rules and guidelines
• Banning users who repeatedly violate our rules and guidelines
• Muting users who have violated our rules and guidelines
• Investigating reports made by users about potential rule violations
• Collaborating with our team to develop and implement effective community management strategies
• Providing excellent customer service and support to our users
• Staying up-to-date with arenaflex's policies and procedures to ensure compliance

Qualifications

* Must be 18 years of age or older

• Must have a High School Diploma or GED
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
• Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Discord and other online community management tools
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
• Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
• Passion for community building and social responsibility

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in online communities, including Discord and other social media platforms

• Knowledge of community management best practices and industry standards
• Experience with conflict resolution and mediation
• Familiarity with arenaflex's services and mission
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
