Job Summary
As an Eclinicalworks Medical Billing Team Member, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks related to medical billing, including data entry, auditing, charge entry, rejections, payment posting, and communicating with insurance provider reps. You will work closely with our team to ensure the accuracy and efficiency of our medical billing processes. Key Responsibilities
* Perform data entry, auditing, and charge entry tasks using Eclinicalworks software
- Review and process rejections, denials, and payment postings
- Communicate with insurance provider reps and navigate their websites to resolve issues
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient information and billing data
- Collaborate with the team to ensure the smooth operation of medical billing processes
- Identify and resolve issues related to medical billing, including coding and reimbursement
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date on industry developments and best practices
Essential Qualifications
* 1+ year of experience with Eclinicalworks software
- 2+ years of experience in medical billing, with a focus on data entry, auditing, and charge entry
- Strong knowledge of medical billing software, including Eclinicalworks, Medisoft, and Practice Fusion
- Excellent coding knowledge, including Hospital, Nursing Home, Assisted Living, Internal Medicine/Family Practice Office, Home Health, and Wound Care
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with insurance provider reps and other stakeholders
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer service and quality
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues related to medical billing
Preferred Qualifications
* 2+ years of experience in AR (Accounts Receivable) and medical billing
- Strong knowledge of medical billing regulations and compliance
- Experience with medical billing software, including Eclinicalworks, Medisoft, and Practice Fusion
- Strong coding knowledge, including Hospital, Nursing Home, Assisted Living, Internal Medicine/Family Practice Office, Home Health, and Wound Care
- Experience with data analysis and reporting, with the ability to identify trends and areas for improvement

* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
