About the Role

We're seeking an Experienced Full Stack Data Entry Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in driving strategic business initiatives and optimizing the way we do business with key client accounts. You will be focused on various areas, including data entry, account management, financial performance, business development, and client retention. This role will have you leading, collaborating, challenging the status quo, and constantly reaching for the next step with your customer. Key Responsibilities:

* Own arenaflex's relationship with key life science customers

  • Manage internal and external financials, ensuring accurate communication of budgets to the client while maintaining arenaflex's profitability
  • Be responsible for contract negotiation, management, renewals, and expansions
  • Oversee the stakeholder engagement strategy for the account, including determining key messaging
  • Partner with operations to ensure client expectations are met
  • Support business development opportunities in partnership with our Sales team
  • Perform data entry tasks with high accuracy and efficiency
  • Maintain and update databases, spreadsheets, and other systems as required
  • Analyze and interpret data to inform business decisions
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity

You're Good At:

* Building strong and trustworthy relationships with customers and internal teams

  • Implementing and managing accounts
  • Budget and cost management
  • Reporting and data analytics with demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Identifying opportunities through business and industry trends with a consultative approach on client recommendations
  • Proposal development and presentations

You Might Also Have:

* Experience in life sciences meetings and congresses

  • A desire to work in a global team environment
  • Proficiency in data entry software and systems
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

You Should Know:

* This role is virtual and operates in the Eastern or Central time zone

  • You will need to travel to our client's office and onsite to medical congresses, therefore COVID vaccination is needed for this role
  • Our standard working hours are 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM with an hour break

Compensation and Benefits:

We carefully consider a wide range of compensation factors, including your professional background and experience. The salary range for candidates in applicable jurisdictions in the US for the position of Experienced Full Stack Data Entry Specialist is between $60,000 - $80,000. The actual pay depends on your skills, qualifications, experience, geographical location, and project budget.
