About the Role
We are seeking dynamic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Trainee – Customer Support for our Canadian voice process. As a Customer Support Trainee, you will be responsible for handling voice support for customers of a popular pizza chain, delivering excellent service, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Support Trainee, you will be responsible for:
- Handling inbound and outbound calls with customers in the Canada region
- Assisting customers with inquiries related to menu items, pricing, delivery, and order taking
- Resolving customer complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner
- Logging all interactions in the system accurately and comprehensively
- Providing detailed information about promotions, deals, and new products
- Processing orders, tracking deliveries, and troubleshooting issues as needed
- Maintaining extensive product knowledge to offer effective solutions
- Following company policies and ensuring consistent, high-quality customer service
- Collaborating with teams to enhance service delivery and customer experience
