Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Communicating with customers in a proactive and professional manner across multiple communication channels, including phone, email, chat, and social media.
  • Responding to customer inquiries, providing information, and promoting products while meeting or exceeding customer expectations.
  • De-escalating customers who are upset with their experience and exploring all options to satisfy their needs.
  • Identifying root causes of inquiries by asking probing questions to determine the best solution.
  • Maintaining required product knowledge to deliver best-in-class service.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on products, services, and industry trends.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • 2 years of customer service experience in retail, hospitality, or call center environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written skills in both English and Spanish.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a 'can do' attitude.
  • Proven record of great attendance.
  • Ability to quickly navigate through multiple systems simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to resolve complex customer issues.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

Nice-to-Haves

While not required, experience in sales or hospitality, as well as bilingual skills in English and Spanish, are highly desirable.
