Key Responsibilities

• Collaboration: Work closely with other teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and resolve issues promptly.

Qualifications

* Education: High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is a plus.

• Experience: Previous experience in a calling or customer service role is preferred, especially for international positions.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in the required languages.
• Interpersonal Skills: Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM software.
