Job Summary

As a remote Technical Support / Customer Service Representative, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences through inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chats. Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service support through inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chats

  • Resolve routine problems and questions regarding arenaflex's products and services
  • Utilize technical knowledge and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and concerns
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and technical skills through ongoing training and development

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience in a technical support environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications

* 2+ years of experience in a technical support or customer service role

  • Experience working with CRM software and ticketing systems
  • Knowledge of arenaflex's products and services (training provided)
  • Certification in customer service or technical support (e.g., CCNA, CompTIA A+)
  • Fluency in multiple languages (English required; additional languages a plus)
