Key Responsibilities

- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and concerns

Essential Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- 1-2 years of customer service experience in a technical support environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
