Responsibilities

As a Data Entry / MIS Executive at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

• Managing and maintaining accurate and up-to-date data across various systems, including databases, spreadsheets, and other data management tools
• Ensuring seamless data flow between systems, identifying and resolving data discrepancies, and implementing data quality control measures
• Providing actionable business insights and recommendations to stakeholders, using data analysis and visualization tools
• Developing and maintaining reports, dashboards, and other data visualizations to support business decision-making
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop data-driven solutions
• Staying up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in data management and business intelligence
• Participating in process improvements and implementing changes to enhance data management and business intelligence capabilities

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A 12th Pass degree or equivalent
• 0-31 years of experience in data entry, MIS, or a related field
• Basic English skills and sound communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and data management tools such as SQL, MySQL, or Oracle
• Experience with data analysis and visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or QlikView
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights

Preferred Qualifications

While not essential, the following qualifications would be highly desirable:

• Experience with cloud-based data management platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
• Knowledge of data governance and data quality control principles
• Familiarity with business intelligence tools such as SAP, Oracle, or IBM Cognos
