Key Responsibilities
As a Virtual Customer Services Representative, you will be responsible for handling a high volume of inbound calls, emails, and chats, ensuring a seamless and positive customer experience. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Responding to inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
- Providing accurate and timely information to customers regarding products, services, and account inquiries
- Resolving customer issues and complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Processing customer orders, returns, and exchanges

Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:
- Minimum 2 to 30 years of experience in a customer service role, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences

- Proficiency in using various computer programs and applications, including CRM software and customer service platforms
