As a Customer Care Executive - Sales at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:- Managing inbound and outbound voice processes and customer service inquiries to ensure timely resolution and high customer satisfaction.
- Supporting new customer registrations and onboarding processes to ensure seamless integration and a positive customer experience.
- Managing customer queries and feedback via email or phone, providing clear and concise solutions to resolve issues within defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Managing leads and customers via click-to-call and references, converting leads into customers through effective communication and relationship-building.
- Utilizing positive language and active listening skills to build trust and rapport with customers, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:- 1-5 years of experience in voice process, with a minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service or telemarketing.
- Strong phone etiquette and active listening skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and concisely to resolve customer queries.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively to resolve complex customer issues.
- Proficiency in using positive language and tone to build trust and rapport with customers.
Qualifications
We're looking for candidates with:- SSC/HSC or any graduate degree, with a strong focus on customer service and communication skills.
- Experience in telemarketing, customer service, or a related field, with a proven track record of success in lead conversion and customer satisfaction.
- Fluency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Punjabi language skills are an asset, but not required.

Compensation and Benefits
