Job Description:
As an Experienced Customer Support Associate, you will be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service and handling online product delivery-related inquiries from customers via phone calls
- Leveraging available tools and information to provide accurate and timely responses to customer inquiries
- Resolving customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner
- Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and updating customer information as necessary
- Participating in ongoing training and development programs to enhance customer service skills and product knowledge
Key Responsibilities:
* Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Provide accurate and timely responses to customer inquiries via phone calls
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update customer information as necessary
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance customer service skills and product knowledge
- Meet or exceed performance metrics and targets, including first-call resolution rates and customer satisfaction scores
Essential Qualifications:
* Minimum 12th standard or graduation in any specialization
- 0-3 years of experience in customer service or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, remote environment
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work with minimal supervision and prioritize tasks effectively
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience in a customer service or BPO environment
- Knowledge of customer service software and tools
- Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with internal teams
- Strong typing skills (25 WPM or above)
- Familiarity with Windows 10 or 11 operating system
