• Perform intakes and assessments
• Create individualized treatment plans for each client
• Provide individual (and/or group) psychotherapy via secure telehealth platformsConduct biopsychosocial assessments, diagnoses, and treatment planningMaintain timely and accurate clinical documentation in compliance with Maryland regulationsDeliver culturally competent, trauma-informed care to diverse populationsCollaborate with interdisciplinary teams as neededAdhere to HIPAA, ethical standards, and state licensing requirements

• LCSW-C (Licensed Certified Social Worker–Clinical)
• LCPC (Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor)
• LMFT (Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist)
• Licensed Psychologist
• Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written)
• Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field
• Experience providing psychotherapy to adults, children, and/or families
• Comfortable using telehealth platforms and electronic health records

• Experience in virtual/telehealth settings
• Familiarity with Maryland Medicaid and/or commercial insurance documentation
• Specialties such as trauma, anxiety, depression, family systems, or multicultural counseling
