The Role: PBS is seeking a Bilingual Service Drive Development Manager (APS Division www.advancedaps.com) who will play a key role in supporting our dealer partners in driving vehicle maintenance sales (Not responsible for Sales). This position focuses on ensuring successful implementation and ongoing optimization of APS solutions across our dealership network.Key responsibilities include assisting with system installations and onboarding new dealerships, monitoring dealership performance and proactively engaging partners with low usage metrics, and sharing industry best practices to enhance results. The successful candidate will also provide updates on APS enhancements and act as a liaison by communicating customer feedback to internal operations and development teams to support continuous improvement of APS offerings. Responsibilities:- Working with OEM DealersTraining dealership staff on APS offerings in French and EnglishConsulting dealerships to understand their current service drive processesSuggesting, training, and following up best practices to aid dealerships in getting the most out of APS offeringsOversee assigned territory accounts (Not responsible for Sales)Conduct demos as neededAssist in installing new accounts and maintaining current accounts, incl. training, price adjustments, new loginsResponsible for monitoring/correcting low usage dealersReview and investigate all Apache notices related to accounts and customersWork with OEM Venders/Contractors (ie. Helm)Other duties as assigned
- Post-secondary education or 3-5 years of dealership experience requiredExcellent communication skills in French and EnglishAutomotive dealership experience is required, with preference given to the following:
- Service/Fixed Ops ManagerBDC or Appointment Coordinator with a focus on serviceProcess driven Service AdvisorKnowledge and use of DMS products required experience using PBS V10, a strong assetStrong technical aptitude
