Intake Specialist

You're the person who listens, evaluates, and gives them clarity. That's not an administrative job. That's advocacy from the first hello. We're California's premier plaintiff-side employment law firm, and we're looking for an Intake Specialist who brings equal parts heart and precision.
What You'll Do
- Be the first voice potential clients hear — up to 6 phone evaluations daily with empathy, professionalism, and sharp case instincts
- Research claims, spot patterns, and draft concise internal memos that help attorneys move fast and decide smart
- Keep the firm's CRM, documents, and calendars immaculate — the behind-the-scenes work that makes everything else possible
- Collaborate across teams and step in where needed, including supporting new-hire training

- You communicate clearly in writing and in person, across every kind of personality

- You're proficient in MS Word, Excel, and practice management software
- Spanish fluency a strong plus

- Hourly pay: $26-$28 BOE
