ABA Dynamic - ABA Behavior Technician (RBT / BT) - Home Based (Queens) Job Summary: At ABA Dynamic, we are dedicated to providing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to families across New York City and beyond. We are seeking a part-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) / Behavior Technician to join our team and provide in-home ABA therapy to clients in Queens and surrounding areas. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide one-on-one ABA therapy in clients' homes, following individualized treatment plans
- Implement behavior intervention plans (BIPs) and support skill development in communication, social, and daily living
- Collaborate with caregivers to reinforce strategies and record accurate session notes and data
- Maintain professionalism, safety, and ethical standards
Qualifications:
- High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred
- RBT certification or willingness to obtain
- Experience with children or developmental needs preferred
- Strong communication skills
- Reliable transportation
Preferred (Not Required):
- Experience in home-based services
- Bilingual skills are a plus and may be considered based on client needs
