Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Support Executive at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Responding promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, ensuring that every interaction is a positive and memorable experience.
  • Addressing and resolving customer concerns with a focus on first-contact resolution, demonstrating a customer-first mindset and a commitment to excellence.
  • Maintaining accurate and organized records of customer interactions in our CRM system, ensuring that every customer's journey is tracked and optimized.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of complex issues, leveraging your problem-solving skills and exceptional organizational abilities.
  • Providing detailed product and service information to customers, catering to their specific needs and preferences.
  • Gathering and documenting customer feedback to support continuous improvement efforts, ensuring that every customer's voice is heard and valued.
  • Assisting in the development of self-service tools such as FAQs and knowledge base articles, empowering customers to find answers and solutions quickly and easily.

Qualifications and Skills

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in customer support or a related role, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Fluency in Hindi and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills, enabling you to communicate effectively with customers from diverse backgrounds.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and exceptional organizational skills, allowing you to manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • A customer-first mindset, displaying empathy and patience in every interaction, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Ability to work in a remote environment, with a flexible schedule and a willingness to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications and Skills

While not essential, the following qualifications and skills would be highly desirable:

  • Higher Secondary (12th Pass) or equivalent, with a strong academic record and a passion for learning.
  • Total work experience of 1 year or more, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Customer relationship management experience, with a deep understanding of CRM systems and processes.
  • Fluency in additional languages, such as English, enabling you to communicate effectively with customers from diverse backgrounds.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of ₹10,088.40 - ₹29,815.74 per month, depending on experience and qualifications. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits, including:

Schedule
