We're seeking experienced customer service agents to join our team and help us deliver exceptional customer experiences. As a customer service agent at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our company, working closely with customers to resolve their queries and complaints in a professional and friendly manner. Job Description

As a customer service agent at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service via phone, email, and live chat
  • Resolving customer queries and complaints in a professional and friendly manner
  • Working to deadlines and multitasking in a demanding environment
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
  • Maintaining accurate records and updating customer information
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills

Key Responsibilities:

* Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner

  • Utilize critical thinking and problem-solving skills to resolve complex customer issues
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experiences
  • Maintain accurate records and update customer information
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills
  • Adhere to arenaflex's customer service standards and policies

Applicant Criteria:

* A minimum of 3 years' customer services experience for an international parcel carrier such as FedEx, UPS, DHL, or DPD

  • A friendly and professional demeanor, with a genuine enthusiasm for interacting and building relationships with customers
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • A minimum typing speed of 40 wpm
  • Fluent English, both written and verbal

Essential Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent required

  • 3+ years of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a remote environment with minimal supervision
  • Strong typing skills (40 wpm minimum)

Preferred Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. business, communications)

  • Experience working in a customer-facing role in the parcel delivery industry
  • Knowledge of parcel delivery processes and procedures
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software

Skills and Competencies:

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Strong typing skills (40 wpm minimum)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
