Job Summary

As a Customer Support Representative in our International Voice Process, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients across the globe. You'll be the first point of contact for customers, resolving their queries, concerns, and issues in a timely and accurate manner. If you're a people person with excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

* Listen to customers' concerns, issues, and questions, and respond in a timely and accurate manner

  • Resolve customers' concerns and answer their questions to the best of your ability
  • Maintain a positive attitude and calmly respond to customers' complaints
  • Refer issues and questions to managers if necessary
  • Utilize excellent communication and problem-solving skills to resolve customer queries
  • Multi-task and prioritize customer requests to ensure timely resolution
  • Identify customer needs and help customers use specific features
  • Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way

Eligibility Criteria

* Any Graduates or 10+2 pass-outs from Bangalore or Hyderabad can apply

  • Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply
  • Location: Bangalore or Hyderabad
  • Openings available in our International Voice Process (3 months Contract)
  • Qualification: Any Graduates or 10+2 pass-outs
  • Salary: Up to 26K In Hand (30k Relieving bonus)

Essential Qualifications

* Excellent oral and written communication skills

  • Good customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize customer requests
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in using technology and software applications

* Experience in customer service or a related field

  • Knowledge of customer service software and technology
  • Ability to work in a multicultural environment and communicate with customers from diverse backgrounds
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new processes and procedures
